The Student Services deals with various aspects of the organisation of the BDS programme including enrolment, posting teaching schedules and assessments. The Student Services (SS) is the first place for students to go for general help and information. There is a notice board containing relevant information and it is the responsibility of each student to make sure that he or she is aware of any information and changes posted on the notice board. Communication with students takes place through Office 365@ODC and all students are provided with a College e-mail account. Please note that students are responsible for ensuring that their personal details, including a current GSM number, are updated with the Student Services.

Student Services Location & Opening Hours:
The Student Services is located on the third floor of Oman Dental College. The Registry hours are Sunday to Wednesday 8.30am-4.30pm and Thursday 8.30am-3.30pm.

Student Services Staff:
The Student Affairs Registry is staffed by personnel who are trained to handle issues relating to enrolment, student code and conduct, assessments, examinations and others such as transport and accommodation.
