The Student Affairs Registry deals with various aspects of student life at Oman Dental College including students support in enrolment, posting teaching schedules, assessments and activities. There is a notice board containing relevant information and it is the responsibility of each student to make sure that he or she is aware of any information and changes posted on the notice board. Communication with students takes place through Office 365@ODC and all students are provided with a College e-mail account. Please note that students are responsible for ensuring that their personal details, including a current GSM number, are updated with the Student Affairs Registry.
Student Affairs Registry Location & Opening Hours:
The Student Affairs Registry is located on the third floor of Oman Dental College. The Registry hours are Sunday to Wednesday 8.30am-4.30pm and Thursday 8.30am-3.30pm.
Student Affairs Registry Staff:
The Student Affairs Registry is staffed by personnel who are trained to handle issues relating to enrolment, student code and conduct, assessments, examinations and others such as transport and accommodation.
