Entry requirements for the programme of studies leading to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS):
- All applicants are required to have evidence of a minimum of 12 years of primary and secondary schooling
- Omani General Education Diploma with minimum grade ‘B’ in English Language, Chemistry and Biology together with a minimum grade ‘C’ in Pure or Applied Mathematics
- Equivalent international school leaving qualifications such as the IB, A-levels or CBSE etc are accepted
- Omani applicants applying through the Higher Education Admissions Centre should ensure they use the appropriate codes for the BDS programme at ODC. The Higher Education Admissions Centre can be accessed by the following link: www.heac.gov.om
